These homes have plenty of room, are clean, and come with everything you need. The yards are well maintained and give you lots of privacy. At first, it’s easy to get lost in the different sections, especially when trying to find your way out. The roads are very narrow and mostly one way, which makes driving and parking a bigger car a little tricky. Luckily, the friendly women at reception give guests a detailed map. The property is conveniently located, just a few minutes by car from the beach and town, and about half an hour from Amsterdam.

The park is lovely and peaceful, with lots of greenery, water, and animals. It’s close to the beach and nature, and we could collect and return the key outside office hours. I wouldn’t recommend it for young children, though, since water is unfenced in most places. Our Plevier Standaard house wasn’t especially clean, with lots of dust that caused allergic reactions. It was too small for six people, though fine for up to four, and too expensive for what it offered. The kitchen, bathroom, furniture, and equipment were all old. There’s parking for just one car at the house. The large garden was very well kept, and the one standout inside was the 40 inch smart TV.

We had a great stay at De Witte Raaf. The new houses are comfortable, spotless, and stylishly furnished, with free high speed internet. I’d recommend it!

The Fletcher Hotel Restaurant De Witte Raaf is an excellent hotel and restaurant, and I’d recommend it. Just don’t expect to walk straight from the back of the hotel to the seaside. It’s a much too long walk over sand.

Lovely place for a week away. You can come and go as you like instead of being in a hotel, and the receptionist is so helpful, even if you lock yourself out on the first night like I did. You could also rent one permanently as a home from home. It’s about a 20-minute walk to nordwickhout and 30 minutes from nordwick, and it’s lovely.
