The place smells bad, and I even got bitten on my feet by bed bugs. The staff weren’t friendly or helpful at all, and sadly the negative reviews seem to be right. If you want a good first impression of the Netherlands, don’t stay here. Paying €20 more for somewhere better is worth it.

Really clean rooms, and the staff were very friendly. They helped us with any problems we had. Definitely good value for money!

There was no proper heat during freezing weather and snowfall, and the thermostat wouldn’t let us raise the temperature above 18°C. We were uncomfortable throughout the stay. The corridors and elevators also had a strong tobacco smell. The mattress was terrible, and the room wasn’t clean. I got lots of bites from what seemed to be bedbugs in the mattress, and my friend in another room had them too. The hotel’s general condition was extremely disappointing, well below the expected standard. I strongly believe management needs to take action.

The hotel was clean, but our radiator didn’t work in winter, so we had to use the air conditioner to warm up. At reception they said they could give me a blanket, but nothing else.

I’d give it zero stars. The place is disgusting, the rooms are infested with fleas, and the staff are even worse. The reception girls yell at you, insult you, and don’t help. They’re rude and inefficient. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.
