The staff were a real highlight, always friendly and ready to help with questions or anything else. I chose a double room, which was spacious and nicely designed, with comfortable bedding and decor that made it feel cozy. The bathroom was bright and spotless, with good quality toiletries. I also liked the location in Rotterdam-West. It was easy to find the hotel, the area was beautiful, and the view from my window was lovely. Getting around to what I needed was easy, too. My stay left me with a great impression. Thanks for making it such a pleasure, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Rotterdam-West.

There’s no parking available, and the room was absolutely filthy. The towels were dirty, and the bath smelled awful and was disgustingly dirty. The shower was very dirty as well. I wouldn’t give it any stars if that were an option.

Breakfast was one of the best parts, with plenty to choose from, including fresh pastries and eggs, and a nice canal view. The staff were also so helpful and friendly, offering tips on places to visit and eat. Their local suggestions made my stay better. The room was cozy and clean, with a great skyline view, a comfortable bed, a good shower, and a coffee station for the morning. The hotel has stylish, modern decor that felt welcoming. It’s in a lively part of Rotterdam at 's-Gravendijkwal 100, a short walk from the Markthal and waterfront, with cafés, shops, and cultural spots nearby.
