We keep coming back, and have stayed here four times now. The location gives us a quiet night while still being close enough to the center and beach without a long walk. The building is a little dated, though the old-fashioned lobby and restaurant have a nice feel to them. There's a wide selection at the breakfast buffet. The staff are the real highlight, whether at reception, the bar, or the restaurant. I've never met a more welcoming team, and I hope they're paid well. My fiancé and I will definitely stay again.

In central Scheveningen, this is a cozy, lovely hotel with really helpful, friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, if not very modern. We asked for a nice view and got a beautiful room with one. Breakfast costs a bit much, but gluten-free bread is available.

The location worked well, just 2 minutes from the beach, and the bed was nice. The room felt a little dated but was comfortable and quite clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The real issue was the bathroom drain: it smelled foul enough that brushing your teeth was impossible.

The team packed us a breakfast bag when we had to leave early and couldn't have the breakfast they serve. It was a lovely surprise, with more in it than we expected. The hotel is on a main street and can be noisy, but shutting the window made it quiet, and the A.C. was good. Clean place, nice team. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, though.

For two nights it was okay. The view was nice, the bed comfortable, and the staff really friendly. But the shower felt really unhygienic, and there was a constant, strange noise coming from the wall. For a longer stay, I'd suggest finding somewhere else.
