De 6 Linden Boutique Hotel

Breakfast was a real highlight: generous, excellent, and made with good-quality ingredients that the chef seasoned with care. It was a lovely surprise. We also tried two evening dishes, one fish and one meat, even though we hadn't booked the restaurant the day before as required. Both were full of flavour and still very delicate. The restaurant serves a choice of 4/5/6 courses from Thursday to Sunday, and I hope to come back to try the full menu. We spent two days at De 6 Linden. It's a converted farmhouse out in the countryside, but inside it's modern and thoughtfully designed, with a bar, a large room under a cathedral roof, and an upstairs relaxation area with coffee and tea, leading to the bedrooms. The whole place feels calm and gentle, and the hosts are very kind. Our room was pleasant and modern, with technology and design touches, and the bed was really comfortable.

Breakfast and service were excellent, and the hotel is so well placed for the beach, dunes and nearby villages. We had a lovely two-night stay in this beautiful hotel. We'd gladly come back and will recommend ‘De 6 Linden’ to our friends.

The food was delicious, honest and authentic, and felt worthy of a Michelin Star. Staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. We had a great time here, with beautiful, clean, very spacious rooms. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for somewhere nice to stay.

We only stopped for coffee, but enjoyed a brief chat with the owner and a look around inside. Everything looked modern and clean, and there's both accommodation and a restaurant here. The atmosphere is lovely. Recommended!
