We had booked three nights, but the day before our stay it was cancelled, then immediately given to someone else. We still don't know why. Calling the owner didn't help: the woman on the phone sounded sour and uninterested, showed no empathy, and seemed focused only on the commercial side. A completely worthless experience. We hope the new bookers enjoy their stay, but we'll never book with these people again.

We thought we'd found a nice place for a weekend away, then suddenly they asked if we wanted to cancel, supposedly because it wasn't safe. The story seemed very strange. We're glad we won't be staying with people like this. Worthless.
