The bus stop just around the corner made getting to the center easy, about 20 minutes, and having free parking was handy too. We were welcomed warmly, then shown to a clean, well-equipped room with towels, a bathrobe, tea things and more. The bed was warm and cozy, and we slept well. Breakfast the next morning was generous and tasty. A really good stay for a very reasonable price.

We had a lovely time here 😊 The rooms are clean and cozy, and Marian is a wonderful host. Breakfast had so much care put into the details.

Breakfast was even more enjoyable thanks to the people we met there from Germany and Belgium. The neighborhood and house, along with Marian, its owner, all felt like classic Holland to me: clean, accessible, sensible, functional and nice.

The rooms are on the small side, but the service was delightful and the host was lovely. A very good choice for staying in Utrecht!
