Inntel Hotels Utrecht Centre

The hospitality fell short of what I expected, and the staff weren’t especially friendly or helpful. The accommodation itself was nice and simple, with a decent breakfast. The location is great, right by the train station and an easy walk to the canals or convention center.

I booked the wellness room for my partner and me to celebrate our anniversary. It felt luxurious and spacious, with a comfortable jacuzzi and even a sauna. The construction outside kind of spoils the view, unfortunately, but the location is extremely accessible.

The biggest downside was the vending machine, almost €4 for a small bag of chips. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay, and the front desk staff were kind and friendly. The room was spotless, with no rubbish left by previous visitors, and everything worked as it should. There was plenty of room for clothes and luggage, plus free ice. The top-floor location gave us a beautiful view over all of Utrecht. The room had a great hot tub and a sauna beside the shower. The TV was on a movable wall mount, so you could point it wherever you wanted. There was also a nice pool and another sauna area on the top floor. Next time we’re in Utrecht, we’ll definitely stay here again. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a getaway in the city!

I was happy with my stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. The room was cosy, the bedding very comfortable, and I really enjoyed the Caesar salad I ordered. Room service at €12 felt a bit steep, though. The location is right in the city center, which made everything convenient, but you can hear trains passing right beside the window. It’s a trade-off for being so central. I also spent some time in the spa, which had a lovely view. The pool was quite cold, and the sauna didn’t get as hot as it should because its door wouldn’t close properly.
