The local history and advice from our hosts made our stay even better, and breakfast was delicious. Annigje and Alexander were so thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed and giving us a genuinely warm welcome. We came to Maastricht for TEFAF Fair for the first time in decades and, instead of facing the miserable commute from Amsterdam, booked three nights nearby. What a find: their charming home has large, comfortable rooms that could almost hold a painting. We can’t wait to return and thank them both from the bottom of our hearts. Jamie and Julia Korner

We felt at ease from the moment Annigje and Alexander welcomed us. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed, and breakfast was delicious. Staying here feels like coming home. It’s also well placed for Maastricht and the lovely South Limburg surroundings.

The classic rooms were just our style, and breakfast was especially tasty, eggs included. My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at B&B Gerlachus. Annigje & Alexander made us feel right at home. We’d recommend it if you’re heading to South Limburg.
