For a more private B&B stay in Veendam, with nobody else around, this is the place I’d choose. The owners take good care of their little spot and will accommodate special requests if you ask. I felt very welcome, and I’ll certainly come back if I’m in the area again.

We came for a little getaway and found exactly the peace we needed. Great hosts, a great place, and a lovely area. The room has everything, even a cooking top if you want to use it. One word: amazing.

The owner was quick and easy to contact and gave us helpful ideas for a day trip to Groningen, including restaurants within walking distance of the B&B. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was generous, with homemade rolls and eggs prepared in the egg cooker.
