We were there for the Scale model challenge 2025 event SMC, which was a big event, and the hotel had the facilities we needed. It’s easy to reach by bus from downtown Eindhoven, with lots of greenery and trees around, though it’s about 25 minutes from downtown and there isn’t much to do unless you’re there for an event or something similar. We learned the hotel used to be a convent. It was excellent, with a great breakfast buffet and nice, friendly staff. The facilities were excellent too.

Close to nature and ASML, this is a cosy, clean hotel with plenty of parking. There’s a nice golf club nearby too, which is a bonus if you play golf. The staff are friendly, service is excellent, breakfast is amazing, and the beds are very comfortable. There’s also a great sauna, gym, and pool. I’d recommend it for business or a quiet family stay.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, with spacious rooms and comfy beds. Its thoughtful layout includes plenty of interesting places to sit and game areas, though with a hotel this large it can be hard to find your way around at first. It would be useful to have water stations for when you get back from a long journey. The fruit water dispensers aren’t to everyone’s taste. We enjoyed our short stay.

I stay here regularly for work and am always glad to come back. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly, and Serhat in particular is supportive, pleasant to talk to, quick to sort out issues, and ready to answer my questions. The whole team deserves a shout-out. The former monastery gives the hotel a distinctive feel, with old photos and a fun abbey-themed bar. There’s an atmospheric restaurant on site, plus a gym, pool, sauna, squash, basketball, and other sports facilities. It’s comfortable, has great service, and feels like somewhere with its own character.

The food was a real highlight, especially the care from sous chef Kees. Since I eat gluten-free, he personally looked after my meals, and his thoughtful, helpful, inventive, and humorous approach stood out. His passion and professionalism were clear, and I felt completely taken care of. We had a wonderful last weekend at Hotel Koningshof. The staff were exceptionally friendly and dedicated, the rooms comfortable, the conference room well equipped, and the modern sports center was ready for us. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully prepared. We’re already looking forward to coming back this summer and seeing the lovely atmosphere and team again. Thank you for a memorable weekend!
