6/10
The surroundings are beautiful, and the place is clean and spacious enough that I'd come back. But there were a few things that missed the mark. The bathroom leaked and water got everywhere, and there weren't enough basics like towels and paper. Breakfast felt pretty meager and superficial. There was no coffee or tea either, so buy some at a shop beforehand.

The shared garden can get busy in good weather, with other guests and boats stopping by for ice cream and a picnic. The location along the river Vecht is great. Bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and there's a well-equipped kitchen and shared living room.

The hosts were very friendly, and the rooms were clean. A beautiful place, close to Amsterdam airport, Amsterdam, and nearby cities like Weesp and Hilversum.

Cosy houses in a beautiful area full of water and nature. You should definitely rent a boat!

The view is great, the service is nice, and the ice cream is really good.
