It's a good, straightforward place, with clean, nice rooms and everything we needed. There was a small check-in mix-up when we were given the wrong room key, but it was corrected quickly. Breakfast is available for an extra charge, though we didn't try it. The location is convenient for Zaandam's shopping areas, and getting to Amsterdam is pretty easy too.

The location was great, really close to the station and easy for getting to the airport or center. The room was small but clean and did what we needed. Self check-in was fast and easy. The desk guy was okay, if not especially friendly. There were some damp patches and a few areas in poor condition, and the content wasn't amazing. I also wouldn't use the luggage storage again: it's just open shelves, with no door or locks. The biggest worry came when a random guy opened our room with a key card while my friend and I were inside. Someone must have given him a card for our room by mistake. It seemed like an honest hotel check-in error, and wasn't the guy's fault, but after that we didn't feel comfortable unless the room was fully locked.

We had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay in the Family Suite. The hotel was modern and clean, with self check-in and food and drinks available from vending machines. Zaandam station is only a 5 minute walk away. I'd stay again.

We had a good stay in a nice, clean room and would come back. The train station is a 5 minute walk away, with restaurants about 15 minutes across the tracks. There's no restaurant, and I couldn't find details of the breakfast that may be included in the bed and breakfast rate. They do have vending machines for food and drinks. Parking is 16 euro, not 15 😉

This used to be a good hotel, but it's a bit shabby now. The shower was blocked, the TV remote didn't work, and the soap dispensers weren't fit for purpose. The front reception desk has been removed too. The few staff there were very friendly and did their best with the limited tools the hotel gave them.
