The room was only mediocre, with dated decor, lots of lamps but not much light, and a small bathroom. Its shower was very old-fashioned and slippery. We would consider staying somewhere else next time, but we'd definitely return for dinner. The staff at Hotel Oud-Londen really stand out: everyone was friendly and made an effort to help us enjoy our time. The restaurant is great too, with delicious food, a varied menu, and fantastic service.

The buffet was well prepared and nicely executed. The cooks and waitresses get five stars from me. Our room was more than adequate, with perfect beds and a bathtub.

The breakfast was great, and the restaurant looked attractive, though the cooking was a bit bland. Staff were friendly and the location was nice, with good parking and plenty of facilities. The rooms are slightly dated but work well. The bathroom wasn't completely clean.

Our room was large and had a lovely balcony overlooking the parking area. The bathroom and shower were great, and the few days away felt peaceful. Breakfast was excellent, and the open verandah was spacious, secluded, and gezellig. The hotel has a fantastic location near shops, restaurants, walking paths, and cycle routes. Service was excellent too. Well done to Fletcher, I'd highly recommend staying here.

We made good use of the facilities, especially the pool and sauna. It would've been more convenient to have towels there instead of carrying them from our room. Service was excellent: when I realized I'd forgotten my contact lens case and fluid, one of the hosts offered his spare set, which helped a lot. The hotel doesn't provide lens amenities, so that kind gesture really stood out. We had a wonderful two-night stay at Fletcher Hotel Oud London.
