The staff made the stay feel personal, with warm, attentive service and helpful local recommendations. The building’s history gives it a special feel, and its modernization still respects that heritage. Bodø Hotell has a lovely balance of old and new. The breakfast lounge was a highlight. It’s bright and inviting, with the smell of fresh coffee and homemade pastries. The menu seemed lovingly prepared, with local flavors presented beautifully. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt elegant and welcoming. Every detail seemed carefully chosen, and I left feeling like I’d found somewhere rare, with hospitality that stayed in my mind after I went home.

The hotel feels like home, with really friendly staff and a very good breakfast: lots of choices, fruit, and greens. The beds were the best I’ve had in a hotel, with crisp, clean linen. I also appreciated that the bathroom floor was kept comfortably warm, even with electricity bills being high. It’s comfy, clean, and welcoming, though it isn’t a minimalist high-end hotel. If that’s what you’re after, choose somewhere else. Highly recommend this place.

The bed was comfy, and the staff were cheerful and friendly. But with no blackout curtains, the room stayed bright all night in the summer midnight sun, and I barely slept. There was dried toothpaste in the sink, too. I had to leave before breakfast started, so I can’t comment on its quality.

I’m in Bodø for work regularly and keep choosing this hotel. It’s in the city centre, but away from the nighttime crowds, and I get a good, solid night’s sleep with everything I need. It isn’t the most modern place, but the price matches what you get. Great service and pleasant staff. Thank you!

Pretty basic, but a nice and fully functional hotel. The shower was especially good, with proper water pressure instead of the usual weak flow. Breakfast was nice, though there wasn’t as much choice as at other chain hotels. The room was okay. If you’re looking for a budget hotel in Bodø, this is a good pick. I’d stay again.
