Breakfast had loads of choices, and the fresh squeezed orange juice and local fish cake are worth trying. The room was huge. It was nice to finally find a hotel in Norway that provides tea bags, a kettle, and a hairdryer after charging so much for a stay. As usual, the beds were small, so we had to push two together to make a petite queen. Lol.

The breakfast was the real highlight, with lots of tasty choices. The hotel itself was nice. Our room was a bit dirty at check-in, but the hotel compensated us right away.

The harbor, where tours and excursions depart, is just a five-minute walk away, and the location is great in general. Breakfast in the morning had a big selection and was really good. The room was quite cramped, and the gym is across the street in the sister hotel rather than in this building. Still, it’s a good hotel.

The breakfast buffet was perfect, and the staff were welcoming and kind. The small rooms are too tight for two people: we couldn’t open both suitcases or move around. After we upgraded to a bigger room, it was acceptable. The location works really well for tour meeting points, all within a six-minute walk at most, as well as the main restaurants and cafes.
