That shower was great, and the reception staff were wonderful. When our taxi didn't show, the woman at reception went out of her way to help, and even lent us her son's snow tube for sledding behind the hotel. We had a fantastic family ski stay and will definitely come back for the cost and service. The apartment was basic but clean, with a lovely view towards Vestlia slopes. It's about a ten-minute walk to town, and the ski bus stop is right outside. The beds felt a little small, and it was a shame the TV couldn't cast or access apps. One idea: move the shuffleboard out of the restaurant so people can use it in the evening. And don't use Geilo Taxi's.

Room 411 had a huge shared area and beds for 12. There's a sofa space with TVs on every floor, plus a private sauna. There was also a ski storage room for the walk to the bus stop, and a parking garage.

That winter view from the breakfast lounge window, as shown in the photo, is dreamy. I could gaze at it for hours. The room complex is really nice and fairly priced for the area, and there's a good gym and pool too. Shout out to the front desk guy who visits Greece every year, he was extremely polite and helpful!

The apartment was really peaceful during our road trip from Bergen back to Oslo, and there was plenty of room in the common area. Ours had two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with twin beds. Those beds were small, and the curtains didn't block the light, which made it hard for me to sleep. We had to take off the bedsheets and deal with the trash ourselves before leaving. Could be a good option for a ski holiday.

The room was super clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were really nice. We stayed two nights, and the best part was watching the beautiful snow from the window. REMA 1000 is walkable for shopping, about 20 minutes away. There was an oven but no dishes or bowls, so bring your own tableware and make sure it's safe for an oven or microwave. They did provide two disposable cups and spoons, a few tea bags and some coffee packets. A cozy, warm place to crash after skiing.
