There are hardly any vegan options that taste good, apart from stables. More grilled plant-based choices and any toppings would be great.

We stayed one night before heading to Bergen. The room was good and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, unlike anything we've seen before. Great value!

The location is good, with lots of nearby restaurants and shops, and the staff are good too. What brings it down to 2/5 is the rooms. They're very worn: some doors are hard to open, there were holes in the walls, and the TV in my room didn't work. In summer the rooms get too warm and are hard to cool down. Breakfast wasn't that good either, but it was alright.

I first went there for breakfast when my sister came to visit after I'd moved to Hønefoss. It was a buffet, and all the food was so delicious: smoothie, juice, pastries, especially the fried eggs and omelet. The cake and jam were so yummy too, I just love that. There's a rich variety of food for a fairly low price, and the staff are caring. Love you Scandic!
