We arrived after midnight without a booking, and they were very helpful. The rooms were nice, everything was clean and tidy, and the location was good.

Dinner here was a mess. The waitress was slow and acted passive aggressively.

Breakfast was really poor. It ended at 10:00, which seemed scheduled for elderly guests, and by 9:00 the best parts had already been eaten. The “Superior” room wasn’t anything special, just a normal room, so I wouldn’t pay extra for it. The underfloor heating stayed on maximum the whole visit, leaving the room above 28°C. There were no controls, and I got no sleep. The whole building was running the heating at maximum, while a couple of ASHP's tried to cool it down. I’ll be paying for that electricity wasted on heating and cooling. I have nothing good to say about the visit. I’d like to request a full refund, but I didn’t use a credit card, and I don’t want to fight about it in English with reception when I’m unsure of their attitude toward service. If you’re deciding whether to visit, please avoid this place. Sleeping in your car would be much better.

Check-in was quick and easy, and there’s free parking on site. I got a decent room with an old school look and no real problems, apart from low water pressure in the shower. The restaurant was open, and we had dinner there. The meal was fine, dessert was quite tasty, and the price was reasonably low. Breakfast the next morning was fine too.
