Hamresande Apartments

The location by the beach is lovely, with a good view, easy parking, and pets are welcome. It was clean too. The beds, though, are very short and narrow, more like kids' beds. And since the property sits across the runway from the airport, planes taking off and landing are really, really loud.

The apartment itself was clean, and the balcony is spacious. But the outside maintenance is very poor. The shower is tiny, under 60 cm wide and only 45 cm long, so you can barely use it without being in the toilet. Not worth it.

It's right by the beach, and although the rooms are dated, they were tidy. The breakfast is continental, with no proper buffet, and the place is expensive. Some of the power outlets are in odd spots, too. There isn't one on the kitchen counter, so we had to boil the kettle on the floor. The rooms were quite cold, and I got sick after staying there.

The apartments have lovely high ceilings and room for up to seven people, so it's easy to have guests over. The setting is beautiful, and the service was pretty good. A few things were out of order or only worked halfway, though.
