Lunch was really tasty, and the food seemed better quality than at the other hotels we visited in Norway. At breakfast, the blonde woman at the buffet welcomed us warmly, a lovely start to the day. Sorry, that description could fit a lot of the women working here! We changed rooms once, and the second one was great, bright and comfortable. The reception staff helped right away when we needed assistance. I spoke with three different women there, and all were very kind. Everyone was helpful, professional and quick, even by Norwegian standards. The waiter from Latvia was especially attentive and friendly, a perfect note to end our stay on. Thanks to everyone, we’ll visit again. :)

I booked a superior room but ended up in a room at the back overlooking the car park. When I asked about it, they called it refurbished, but it was actually an accessible room, which I don’t need. The room had Scandic-level basics, which was fine, but no desk, and honestly I need one to work.

A really nice hotel. When we arrived, though, there was no soap in the dispenser and no coffee or tea in the room. Small things, but worth mentioning.

You could clearly hear noise coming through both the window and the door. Breakfast wasn’t good, with the bread, scrambled eggs and bacon all below standard. Parking costs extra, and there isn’t enough space.
