The Family Room was spacious and modern, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. There was no safe for valuables, though. The bathroom felt a little cramped, and the shower glass didn’t reach the floor, so it was easy to soak the floor if you weren’t careful. The pressure was great, which made up for that. Those were minor issues; otherwise, the room was fine. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety. It was much more pleasant when we arrived early, before the crowds. Busy periods were posted in the lifts. Check-in had a queue, so I used the self check-in, which was quick and easy. The location is ideal, right by the tram stop and easy to get around on foot. I also liked the area, with lots of walking routes along the river. A nice hotel in a convenient spot, and a very positive stay.

There was a generous buffet at breakfast, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms stayed warm and everything worked as it should. Sound carries from the corridor and neighboring rooms, so the soundproofing could be better. If you’re sensitive to noise or want complete quiet, bear that in mind.

Breakfast was tasty, and when I didn’t have time to eat there, I could get a food box to take away. The employees were helpful and professional, and it was very good value for money. I had a nice room on the 12th floor with a beautiful view. The bathroom could have been a little bigger, but otherwise I have nothing bad to say about this nice hotel.

Service was very good. We had to leave very early to catch a train, and they gave us a breakfast box at no charge. The buffet was tasty and clean. The location is excellent, with a tram stop right outside and a 15-minute walk to the city centre. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We booked a room with a view, but that doesn’t guarantee a view of the fjord or Oslo’s waterfront. The bathroom was very small, and the shower pressure was disappointing.
