The location is handy, only a block and a half from the National Theatre metro stop. I got my check-in details about 20 minutes before my reservation started, unlike another reviewer. Inside, the rooms were clean, tidy, and practical for their size, though the stairwells smelled a bit like cigarettes. They provide one hand towel, one bath towel, a thin roll of toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. You can pay for extra linen. I think there was just one bin under the sink, which might be inconvenient if you eat a lot in the apartment. I’m not sure how to get more rubbish bags. Not perfect, but pretty good.

There’s no lift, so it’s not a good choice if you’ve got big luggage. The room itself was simple and decent. Tram and metro stops are about a five-minute walk away.

Getting checked in was really difficult. I only got the email after calling, and it took about an hour. The place itself was good, though.
