We felt unsafe after finding our room door wide open late on the third day. We’d stopped by around noon, left our things, checked that the door was shut properly, then went out. Luckily, we didn’t notice anything missing when we returned, but the door had apparently been open for hours. We reported it at reception and asked to check the security footage. They said there were cameras by the elevators, but none in the corridors. They offered to move us, but it was already our last night, so that wasn’t practical. We were told the manager would be informed, yet we heard nothing more. There was no follow-up, apology, or effort to address our concerns.

The decoration was the only thing I liked. We booked a Mini Double Room for two, but the photos gave a very misleading idea of the space. It barely seemed big enough for one person without luggage, and the bathroom was cramped and uncomfortable. Breakfast was expensive for what it was. The food was poor, some items looked like leftovers, and there wasn’t much variety. When I asked for a latte caffè, the response was, “I can sell you.” The “Early Bird Breakfast” was just the regular breakfast served earlier. We only learned that after asking, and everything was already out at 6:45 a.m., with no extra food or special options for early guests. My husband also had trouble finding the numeric code needed to use the restroom. Staff were dismissive and unprofessional. I was also concerned about food hygiene because one staff member’s long ponytail wasn’t secured well and was hanging close to the food. Poor value, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location was the sole good point. The room was unbelievably tiny, nothing like the photos on Booking, and my wife and I couldn’t unpack our things. During my four-day stay there was no housekeeping, and the TV wouldn’t play channels or mirror a phone. When I told the staff, they said there was nothing they could do.

The receptionist was really rude. She laughed at me while I was spelling the letter G because she didn’t understand. People waiting behind us understood what we meant, but she insisted there was no such letter in the English alphabet.
