Don’t book this place if you have suitcases. It feels dangerous. There’s no elevator, and the stairs outside the building are very high. The door opens outward, so it’s hard to open while handling luggage. Inside, the stairs are extremely narrow and small.

The apartment was clean and nice, but we had a bad experience with maintenance trying to enter while it was occupied, twice and without notice, to replace a coat hook. That shouldn’t happen. I contacted customer service, and it happened again.

We booked for May 2020, then had to cancel because of the Covid-19 travel restrictions. The hotel still refused to refund us, despite the European cancellation regulations. We’ve spent months trying to sort it out and haven’t had a reply. They’ve been completely unresponsive. I’d never book a room here.

It can take a while for the room to warm up. My fridge also didn’t have a freezer.

After I complained about the heating system, the customer service was poor.
