We paid 30 euros for a night with our tent, two adults. The small lake nearby is nice if you don't mind a cold swim. The toilets could use a better clean.

A nice overnight stop if you're camping. The toilets and bathrooms are separate, clean, and warm. It's close to nature, and reindeer even come by at night, which makes it feel all the more wild.

The trail to Kirkeporten starts right by the campsite, making it a handy place for a hike and views of the coast. Nordkapp Caravanpark AS is in Skarsvåg, about 20 kilometers from North Cape, beside Storvatnet lake. It's a quiet setting in the Norwegian landscape. The main building has clean showers and a cozy cafeteria, a warm place to sit and eat if you don't want to dine in your camper. Campers have the essentials they need, and it's a peaceful, practical base for exploring the North Cape area.

The bedrooms in the penthouse have no curtains, so with the midnight sun it stays bright as day even at 3 AM. That's the one downside. We've come here twice to fish for halibut and had a great time both times. The place has everything for fishing whether you bring your own gear or not. The penthouse has two bedrooms and a big combined kitchen, living and dining area, with an amazing harbour and ocean view. We'd definitely come again.

It's close to Nordkapp, and you can park right in front of the cabin, but the place needs urgent renovation and better maintenance. The mattress was stained, the toilets were dirty and poorly kept, and the shower area lights didn't work during either of the two days we stayed. The electric cooker was rusty and felt dangerous to use. The doors had rusty handles and wouldn't shut all the way. Neighbours said all the cabins were like that. As in most Norwegian campsites, bed linen costs extra.
