The host made us feel very welcome, and the village-center setting has a lovely fjord view. I had the Fishkaker with french fries and some salad for dinner, and it was great. They adjusted the portion especially for me because I’d had a stomach reduction. I visited through Nortrip.

The Norwegian scenery from the room was breathtaking, and everything was immaculate and cozy. After travelling all the way from India, I was glad the trip was worth it. The staff were so thoughtful, from the local breakfast to their tips for exploring nearby. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay. I can’t wait to return. ❤️🇳🇴

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and will definitely return with our team. The food was very tasty, and the welcome after a long trip across Europe was so warm. Norway is beautiful here, with stunning views. Thanks, Helga and Nico, for an awesome stay 🤩

The breakfasts were fresh, hot and hearty, and I still can’t believe you can get a breakfast like that in Norway for the price of accommodation. We had a cozy, clean and warm hytta with our three kids, separate from the main hotel. It had two bedrooms, a kitchen and a toilet with shower, and everything was well equipped. There was even a high chair for the baby. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes, utensils and appliances. Big windows let in lots of light and gave us beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Towels were provided, and everything felt clean and fresh. Our hosts were extremely attentive and welcoming, and gave us valuable fishing advice. Parking was close by. The hytta also has a private terrace with a grill available by request. Bring your own charcoal if you want to grill. There’s a grocery store and playground nearby. We’ll be back!
