We booked on a whim when it was getting late, and I’m so glad we did. The view was beautiful and we slept really well. It’s a great hotel for bikers. Dinner was very good, and the pizza was huge, almost too much for two. Breakfast was included and more than enough, also very good. The rooms were clean, though the furniture’s a bit old. The bathroom was roomy, with a clean, hot shower. The outside doesn’t give you much idea how fabulous the hotel is. Friendly staff, and all the coffee you can drink.

The view at breakfast was incredible, though the food itself was good but nothing outstanding. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, and the prices were reasonable given there aren’t other options nearby. The facilities and service lived up to the amazingly scenic location.

We had a spectacular sea-view room, with lots of windows facing the beautiful fjord and a big private patio with tables and chairs. The room was clean, the bathroom large, and the bed very comfortable. You can swim in the fjord right outside, and the view is unbeatable. Breakfast was great, with cooked options, including really tasty sunny-side-up eggs. Such a fantastic place in a magical setting! The host was so friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely come back if we visit the area again :)

They kept the restaurant and bar open for late arrivals, which was really nice. The hosts go the extra mile for their customers. The food was nice, the rooms were fresh, and it’s great value for money.
