The apartment was very clean, cosy and warm, with comfortable furniture and bedding, and the location was excellent. We visited at the end of November. Temporary construction right outside disturbed our sleep in the morning, though we didn't hear the music mentioned in other reviews, since everything was closing by midnight. We had trouble getting in because the promised code never arrived. Make sure you have it before reaching the property. If it hasn't come through, call the support line and they'll send it. Only the bare minimum is provided. There was one bed cover and one pillow per person, though two of each would have been preferable. Useful missing items included a bathroom foot mat, hooks behind doors and in the bathroom for drying towels, shower gel, shampoo, extra rubbish bags, a couple of coffee capsules and tea bags, and basic kitchen condiments. The basics would be helpful if you arrive very late and want something to drink that night or in the morning before heading out.

We got a two-bedroom apartment for just the two of us, so there was more room than we knew what to do with. It's a great option if you're travelling with friends or are on your own and want lots of space. The location is excellent, right by the town centre, and we had a great view over the street. The kitchen was partly stocked with things a guest might need. Our only complaint was the emailed entry code didn't work. We had to call, which would've been fine if we had internet, but we were travelling internationally and had to pay for the phone call. You'd expect a tourist city to provide better service for its hotels.

A well-maintained house in a great spot near the sea and shops. We arrived before the actual check-in time, so we weren't allowed inside yet. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We arrived after 6 PM on our reservation date to find the place filthy. The bathroom was dirty, used towels were on the floor, and the bed hadn't been made. The shower water was cold, and they didn't provide the welcome kit they advertised. I tried calling different numbers, sending WhatsApp messages and emailing, but no one answered. After several hours, someone said they'd send a cleaner. I asked to change rooms, but was told there was no availability and it couldn't be done. They said they'd call me on Monday about compensation, but no one ever called and I received nothing. For what they offer, it's very expensive. A really bad experience.

The apartment was warm, clean, and in a central spot, with comfortable beds, strong Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen that was reasonably well equipped. We were only two people, though we booked the three-bedroom place for several days in Tromsø, and I wouldn’t say it’s spacious enough for five. A few things could use attention: the pillows were uncomfortable, the oven wasn’t clean inside, and the shower curtain was disgusting. There was nowhere to put clothes or hang things apart from the coat rack by the entrance. The kitchen also lacked a microwave and toaster, and there was no shower gel or bath mat.
