Chhaimale Resort

The food was tasty and the customer service was okay, and I liked the environment. But the place isn’t soundproof, and I couldn’t sleep because of the neighbors. There’s no AC, coffee, or hot water available, and the brushes are extremely hard. There are also too many stairs, which makes me wonder how disabled guests and children manage. I wouldn’t recommend staying overnight, especially in winter, but it could be nice for a picnic.

The futsal, board games, and table tennis were fun, and the dinner and breakfast included with our wooden room package were okay. But the night stay wasn’t as cozy as we expected. It got too cold, there was no hot water, no lights at night, and no telephone to call for room service. There’s no AC either, which is a concern given the room price. I’d suggest coming for a day out, picnic, or lunch program rather than staying overnight.

The location and atmosphere are lovely, and it feels welcoming for children. It’s a nice setting for family time, relaxing, youth camps, meetings, gatherings, games, and other activities. Everything apart from the food and service was very good. I felt the service should be better for the prices, since other three star hotels may offer better service and food.
