I've known the owners of Hotel Heritage for years, and I think they're genuinely hardworking people. They put their hearts into making a special place for visitors to experience Bhaktapur, right in the heart of the city's history and culture. The hotel's location is fantastic, and the staff, owners, and place itself are a real gem. You'll be in good hands. I also want to send love and regards to my friends from afar. I've been keeping an eye on the comments for a while. To anyone considering a visit or having doubts after reading them, don't let a few negative reviews put you off. I believe some are from jealous people using fake accounts to spam and damage the business. I highly recommend the hotel for a great stay and warm hospitality.

The traditional interiors are full of lovely artistic detail, and the hotel feels like a living museum. We were warmly welcomed, had clean rooms and a delicious breakfast, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square is just a short walk away. Loved every moment and would definitely stay again.

We had a really unpleasant stay. There was no bellboy, so I had to carry my own luggage, and the staff seemed unclean and unprofessional. Service was extremely poor: we ordered a beer three times, got only one, but were charged for three. The buffet was cold and not fresh, which showed little attention to food quality and hygiene. Staff were rude and unhelpful. It wasn't worth the money, and management, cleanliness, and customer service all need major improvement.

The food during our two-night stay was superb, and the hotel's rooms, amenities, and restaurant were impressively clean. We really felt the heritage character in both the exterior and interior atmosphere. Every staff member showed professional courtesy, which was mesmerizing. We highly recommend Hotel Heritage Bhaktapur for a family outing, business meeting or conference, group celebration, theme event, or other occasion.
