Hotel View Bhaktapur

I came with high expectations, but the meal didn’t live up to the reputation. A cockroach was served with the food. The flavors seemed mismatched, and the dish lacked freshness. It didn’t meet even basic standards for taste or quality. I truly hope the team takes this feedback seriously.

We came to Khatmandu, Nepal for a family function and stayed at this property for seven days. We really enjoyed the hospitality and had a great experience. Mr Tara Ratna sthapit, counter staff Miss Anjali K .C, and the rest of the supporting staff were cooperative, attentive, and always responded with a smile. Stay blessed.

A really bad experience. The service was very poor, and no one responded to customers.

The view is great and the location is good, though the rooms are small. Nobody helped us with our bags from the car, and no staff member or bell boy even asked if we needed help. We called reception and room service, but still couldn’t get hot water in the bathroom. You can make tea or coffee in the room, and they provide tea bags, coffee, and sugar, but no milk. Very strange.
