We held a program in their spacious hall, and it worked perfectly for us. The whole team, from the front desk through housekeeping, gave us amazing service. I spent two days here and had an excellent experience, with great rooms and room service, plus a wonderful breakfast and an exceptional lunch. The roadside location might put you off at first, but the place is amazing. I didn't get time to swim, though everything else was flawless.

We stayed at Chitwan MidTown (CMT) Hotel for about 5-6 days for my sister's wedding at the venue. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help with everything during such an important family event, and things ran smoothly and were well organized. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the food was delicious throughout. I had a fantastic time and would happily stay there again. Highly recommended.

The team’s genuine hospitality and professional manner left the strongest impression on me. The hotel is conveniently close to key attractions, yet quiet enough to rest. At the restaurant, I found plenty of delicious choices, and breakfast was fresh and satisfying each morning. My check-in was efficient, and I was welcomed warmly on arrival. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities that helped me relax. I left with lovely memories and would gladly recommend this hotel for comfort and quality.

Roshan deserves a special mention. He makes the best coffee, creates beautiful coffee art, and brings real skill, passion, and kindness to it. The staff were humble, polite, and soft-spoken, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Their hospitality was commendable, and Roshan added a special touch to the experience.

This was our second stay, and the location is great. All the staff are amazingly friendly. At dinner today, Bhima Lamtari took particularly good care of us and adjusted the dishes perfectly for our dietary restrictions.
