Nirjala deserves a special mention for her warm, exceptional service, and the whole team was attentive and professional. The food was a real highlight, fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented at every meal. My room was comfortable and well appointed, making for a peaceful getaway at Hotel Soaltee Westend. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and highly recommended for the service and quiet stay.

Mamta was especially friendly and helpful, and made our stay comfortable. The property was well maintained, and the pool added to the comfort. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle free. Breakfast had a great range of options, though restaurant service could be better. Staff seemed more focused on outside breakfast guests, and tea and coffee requests took a while.

Breakfast was a standout, with lots of variety and consistently good quality, and the hotel's food was delicious. The room had good amenities and reliable hot water. The front office team gave clear information about the property and services, and their professional welcome included a refreshing drink and hot towel. Bell boy service was courteous and efficient, and check-out was seamless. There was plenty of safe parking too. I had a wonderful stay at Soaltee Westend Itahari and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

This property was originally Hotel Garima and is now managed by the Soaltee Kathmandu team. It has its own "Soaltee Heritage" loyalty program. Soaltee Kathmandu belongs to Marriott’s Autograph Collection, but this hotel, other Westend branches, and some resorts operate under the independent Soaltee brand. The quiet location, away from the busier, noisier parts of town, was a real plus. Rooms are spread across 6 floors and were cosy and clean, with thoughtful details and plenty of amenities: dental and shaving kits, a safety locker, hair dryer, ironing table and steam iron, Android TV, and dependable hot water. The AC and complimentary Wi-Fi both worked perfectly. Breakfast is complimentary and served on the ground floor, with a wide range of choices, including plenty of vegetarian options.

Attentive staff, lovely food, and excellent room service made for a great stay. Housekeeping added a sweet personal touch with their origami art, which made it even more memorable.
