The staff made me feel at ease right from arrival. They were consistently warm, courteous, and ready to help, and nothing seemed like a hassle during my stay. My room was comfortable, tidy, and well cared for. The food was fresh and tasty, and it arrived on time. Hotel Perfect Plaza felt like a place where guests are looked after. I had a lovely stay and would gladly come back or recommend it to someone visiting Janakpur.

I found it convenient to stay at Hotel Perfect Plaza in Janakpur. The central location, family rooms, free Wi-Fi and parking, and dining on site made things easy. There are helpful services too, including an airport shuttle and a desk available around the clock. It added to my trip.

We arrived at 1 in the morning and the guard greeted us with real kindness. His hospitality and the staff's polite manner were the best parts of the stay. They also gave us a room at a good rate.

The room was filthy, with stained sheets, broken furniture, a leaking tap, and a foul-smelling bathroom. The air conditioning didn't work, and the fans were loud. Even the lobby was dusty and poorly kept, and the lift wasn't working properly. The restaurant was just as bad. The food was cold and tasteless, with flies around it. Staff were rude and ignored complaints. The place felt unhygienic and unsafe, and guests looked frustrated. I saw people arguing at reception. A very disappointing stay, and nobody seemed happy.
