The rooms are good and the service was good too. It’s managed by soltee. The food was okay, though the surroundings can sometimes be disturbing. I loved the shower.

The standard-size pillows didn’t work for me, and especially wouldn’t suit my kid. I’d suggest offering a few different pillow sizes. The place itself is good.

The rooms were clean and well kept, and the whole place felt pleasant. Staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help the whole time, which made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend it for the service and experience.

We arrived with a confirmed booking, but staff said they couldn’t find it in their system and claimed the hotel was “fully booked.” They offered to put us in a nearby hotel that was clearly cheaper, while still charging us their own room rate, more than double the other place’s actual cost. It felt like an obvious effort to overcharge us and take advantage. Their conduct was dishonest and unprofessional, and I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
