Apex Business Hotel – Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu

I really enjoy staying at apex hotel near airport. Naveen bhai helped me plan a tour of Nepal, and he and Ganesh Bhai gave excellent customer service. I’ll recommend apex hotel and plan to stay there next time ❤️

The rooms were adequate, but the noise made it hard to sleep. If we hadn’t had a very early flight, we would have stayed somewhere else. A room on the top floor may be a little better. The location is handy, just 800m from the airport, and they offer a free one-way airport transfer. They also let us check in three hours early, which were the positives. At checkout they tried to add another tax despite the confirmed price. That led to a 15-minute argument. Fortunately, we’d settled the bill the night before leaving.

The restaurant was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. Being so close to the airport is a real plus. The downside was the bedding: the sheets and pillowcases were stained and looked quite old.

My room had a fantastic view of the greenery outside, and there was plenty of space for a couple. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with both hot and cold water. The rooms could use better cleaning, though. As a traveler, I’d like clean beds with freshly changed linens. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the airport, so there’s no need for a taxi to get there. The front desk is available 24/7, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also surprised me with a free airport drop. I had a good stay and would suggest the place to others. Good service, team Apex.
