The kindness of Mr. MD Raman and his team made a stressful transit stop much easier for our family. He quickly arranged fresh khichdi for our baby, brought warm milk and soft cookies himself, and got a baby sitter chair so the baby could sit comfortably. We were touched by his compassion and professionalism, and are sure he is a big-hearted person. Our Qatar Airlines flight had been delayed, so the airline arranged a stay for me, my husband, and our 1.5-year-old at Best Western Plus Kathmandu. We had all been without food since morning, including the baby, and were hoping for something simple to eat and warm milk. The first-floor restaurant, set aside for transit passengers, was busy preparing a buffet for flight passengers. When we asked a staff member about chaula/khichdi for the baby, they seemed unsure and said it could take a long time because they were occupied. Mr. MD Raman came over and asked what was wrong and how he could help. Within 15-20 minutes, the team served the khichdi. Thank you to Best Western Plus Kathmandu, especially Mr. MD Raman and his team, for their care.

Lunch was made special by our server, who was friendly, attentive, and had great recommendations. They checked in at the right times and seemed to genuinely care that we were having a good experience. The food was outstanding, fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. We tried several dishes, and each was better than the one before. Great food and service together are rare. We'll be back and have already recommended the place to friends. Don't miss it.

The city and mountain views from the spacious rooms were great, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices for different tastes. It felt like very good value for money. The location is a drawback, though, since it's not central and you'll need a taxi to get to the city's sights.

We were a group of 19 and spent four days at Best Western Plus Kathmandu. Getting to tourist attractions and sightseeing spots nearby was convenient. The service was excellent, and our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the experience.

La Vista Lounge and Bar on the 8th floor was a highlight, with a good range of drinks and a lovely atmosphere. Biraj made his signature cocktail, which tasted and looked amazing. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and beautifully laid out, easily among the best I've had at Kathmandu's many 5-star hotels. We stayed four nights, and the food and service were fantastic throughout. It was worth every penny. We'll stay here again. Well done, team!
