The rooftop city view was amazing, and the hospitality was warm. I loved the honey latte, which was new to me. We tried mushroom and tom yum soups, mutton khutti, spicy chicken wings, tawa fish, and Nasi goreng. Everything tasted great, though the soups could have used a little more salt. I’d been looking forward to trying Nasi goreng again after having it abroad. The taste was good, but in my opinion the crispy fried prawn made the dish look a bit worse. Still worth a try.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and everyone was accommodating. The hospitality was outstanding, easily a 5/5 for that alone. I’ll be back and would recommend people check this place out.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Dinner was tasty and the service was top notch, though it was a bit expensive. We had multiple power cuts that night, and the generator was so noisy I couldn’t get a decent amount of sleep. Breakfast was disappointing. I’d expected a buffet, but there wasn’t one that morning. The à la carte meal had no beans, and the omelette and sausage were very dry and poorly seasoned. Maybe the chef was just having a bad morning. At checkout, reception asked whether it was okay to check the room. I didn’t understand what he meant until he repeated himself. I don’t know his intention, and maybe it’s hotel policy, but no hotel I’ve stayed at before has asked me that. For a weekend getaway with my wife, it was an average stay, and with this service I wouldn’t visit again.
