We stayed overnight with some family and had the whole place to ourselves, including the kitchen, where we cooked our own meals. It’s not too far from the valley, and the view of it was spectacular. The place was nicely decorated and clean, and the rooftop where you stay is lovely, though the house might not look promising from outside. There are a couple of bedrooms and a couple of tents, so it can fit a mid-sized group. Hospitality was good. A couple of things fell short: the kitchen utensils and appliances were really old and need replacing, though that won’t matter if you don’t use the kitchen. The tent mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

The valley lights look great at night, and there’s plenty of parking, enough for 3-4 cars and lots of motorbikes. The bed was warm and comfortable, and you can choose to sleep in a tent. It’s a good place for a BBQ party and highly recommended for an overnight stay, but I wouldn’t suggest visiting in the daytime.

For the price I paid, I was more than satisfied. They let us bring booze from outside and provided a kitchen for cooking. The rooftop was all ours, and the food and drinks were free entry at that price, which was very good value. The staff were humble, sweet, and so hospitable, checking what we needed and helping out. I found this holiday home while looking for a birthday venue with my close friends. It looked even better in person than in the pictures. My friends and I had a wonderful time, and it was totally worth it. Thank you, Brookside Ichangu House!

The staff were humble and made sure things felt right if anything fell short. The location and atmosphere were lovely, and the accommodation, food, and price were all great. A special place for a special moment. I can’t wait to visit again 😊😊😊

The food was poor quality, including what seemed to be tank juice, and the prices felt far too high for what was offered. The service was really bad from the start, and the staff were unfriendly. There weren’t enough rooms, so I had to sleep in a tent. There was only one bathroom, with a queue to use it. Strongly not recommended.
