We got chana dal after ordering arhar dal, and the chef didn’t seem to know how to make palak paneer. Staff were rude and refused to bring extra tea or coffee, which I’ve never had happen at other hotels. We’re senior citizens, so I asked for a bucket and a stool to sit on while bathing in the morning. Reception refused the stool, and the bucket was put in my room while I was out shopping, without asking me. The owners should pay attention to what this is doing to their reputation. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

The airport drop was left unconfirmed on election day, and after 9 PM the hotel kitchen closes, so there’s no food available late at night. Breakfast was cold, the dishes weren’t labelled, and items weren’t topped up regularly. The washroom exhaust didn’t work from the first day, and nobody fixed it despite my reporting it during my 3-day stay. Service seemed slow and short-staffed. A disappointing stay that fell below expectations.

It’s easy to get around on foot, though the area is crowded, and there are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. I heard some street noise. The room was clean but rather dim, breakfast was acceptable, and the staff were friendly.
