The room was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we could want for a relaxing stay. From arrival onward, we felt welcomed by the warm hospitality at Crowne Imperial. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always keen to help, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I’d highly recommend it as a great place to stay, and we’ll definitely visit again.

The rooftop view across Kathmandu was amazing, and I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and peaceful atmosphere. Crowne Imperial was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a spacious room and excellent facilities. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. I had a memorable, relaxing stay and would gladly return. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kathmandu on business.

The food was excellent, with plenty of options, and the staff were polite, professional, and quick to help. My stay at Hotel Crowne Imperial in Kathmandu was fantastic. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and had beautiful views. The ambience, cleanliness, and hospitality all stood out. It really lives up to its reputation as a top-class star hotel. Highly recommended for a premium, relaxing stay in Kathmandu.

The day staff were quite friendly, but the night and kitchen staff had a really bad attitude. They need to learn what hospitality means. I felt negative energy throughout my stay.

I was very disappointed by the hotel's sales team. Ms.Naha Bhattrai gave me a confirmed room rate when I booked, then refused to honor it just before check-in without a valid explanation. The last-minute change was unprofessional and embarrassing, especially with foreign guests relying on the arrangement. She seems immature about professional commitments. From a hotel of this standard, I expect more transparency and follow-through. I’m still open to working together if a responsible manager cooperates on a deal. I also have events coming up from 18th May to 27th May and would consider a collaboration if it’s handled professionally.
