The staff made the stay for me. They were professional and friendly, and went out of their way to help. Their behaviour and service made for an overwhelming experience. I loved visiting. It's hard to find such a beautiful property in Nepal with this level of service at this price.

Even in a busy part of Kathmandu, the apartment area was peaceful and quiet, and the CCTV and power backup helped me feel secure. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with free Wi-Fi, a TV, and attached bathrooms with hot water. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout. OYO 135 Lost Garden Apartment and Guest House is in Lazimpat, conveniently close to Shangri-La Hotel and attractions including Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swayambhunath. The price seemed reasonable for the location and facilities. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to travelers after affordable, convenient accommodation in Kathmandu.

The location was great and quiet, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly too. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Lost Garden, and would highly recommend it.

Kwality Cafe, the restaurant outside, was a real highlight. The food was excellent and should suit any palate. Lost Garden Apartment and Guest House is a comfortable option, with top-notch hospitality. A wonderful, relaxing stay with delicious food choices.

The room wasn't clean as it should've been, and the restroom had no towels or anything else. There was no air conditioning either. The hotel photos used in the ads don't match how it looks in reality. When a friend came to visit, the staff wouldn't let them stay for a while unless I upgraded to a bigger room, even though my friend wasn't staying overnight. I didn't like the service and wouldn't recommend this hotel.
