We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Crystal Pashupati while visiting Pashupatinath Temple. The hotel is close to both the temple and the airport, which is convenient for travelers, and it’s a good choice for families. Staff were very cooperative and helpful. We tried the Nepali thali soon after arriving, and it was a nice experience. Breakfast was good, though the à la carte dinner could have been better. Recommended for visitors coming for Pashupatinath Darshan. Keep it up!

Sujal Nepal was so kind and gave my mother and me service I’ll never forget. The ambience was great and the vibe relaxed. It’s a perfect stop if you’re heading to the airport. I’m 100% sure I’ll come back, and I recommend everyone come here.

The dining staff made our visit especially positive. Mr Sujan Limbu and Mr Suraj were patient, polite, and friendly, always smiling. They were flexible and managed the specific requests we had. The location is convenient, close to Pashupatinath Temple. The rooms could be better equipped.

The receptionist was incredibly kind, and the room was comfortable and clean. They have a nice system for reminding you about meals: they ring for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is free too. If you want somewhere clean and comfortable, I’d definitely choose this place.

My mother recently visited Hotel Crystal Pashupati and loved the views, staff, and ambience. I’m grateful to everyone there. The hotel has great values in its support, food, elegance, and everything else. We just love it.
