Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu

The food was fabulous, with flavorful meals presented beautifully, and the staff looked after us with real warmth throughout. One staff member was especially patient and kind while helping us get dressed in our sarees, and we appreciated her attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, everyone was attentive and caring, always ready to help. Our stay at the Hyatt was unforgettable, and we felt genuinely welcome. A wonderful experience we'd remember for a long time. Highly recommend.

I've stayed at this property about seven times and have never been disappointed. The room decor is wonderful, and the staff really make the place. Miss Neha at reception was especially helpful and professional, one of the most helpful people I've met in all my years staying in hotels. The other ladies at reception are very good too. Miss Neha's care reflects well on management for choosing the right people. Great stay!

The hotel was calm, with comfortable rooms and staff who were generally polite and helpful. On my previous visit in December, an intern named Puskar gave me useful information about the hotel and nearby places to visit, which made things easier then. I didn't see him this time, but I appreciated his help. I had a good stay and would consider coming back.

The restaurant and bar served really good food and drinks, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. The Hyatt is also very conveniently located near local shops and markets. We had a great stay and would definitely return.
