The rooms are clean and cozy, with spacious, luxurious amenities. It’s right in the heart of Thamel, and the hospitality is very warm.

The owner is so friendly, and the guy on the night shift at reception, wearing a black jacket, is very attentive. I’ve been there twice and will stay there whenever I come back to Nepal.

A neat, clean, good-value hotel in a great Thamel location. It’s average for the area and not especially luxurious, but I had no problems during my two-night stay. They sometimes close the main gate around 11 or 12 at night, so it’s better to ask about that before booking.

The rooms get plenty of natural light and are clean and spacious. Hotel Serenity gives you the usual comforts while putting you right in the heart of Thamel, with lots of restaurants, bars, and history close by. A great hotel for travelers.
