Thamel Boutique Hotel

I've stayed here many times over the last five years, for a week, fifteen days, and even a whole month. The service has stayed consistently high, and the staff are courteous and professional, making guests feel welcome and valued. I especially like the beautiful rooftop view and the comfortable, inviting rooms, which are well maintained. The menu has a thoughtful range of options for different preferences. The hotel's biggest strength is its hospitality, guests are treated with genuine respect and feel at home throughout their stay. If you'd like, I can tailor it for Google reviews or TripAdvisor, or make it shorter.

The airport pickup was a big help. My flight was delayed, but the manager had kept in touch since I booked and the pickup still happened on time without hesitation. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The manager was great, and Saroj was especially wonderful, always smiling and ready to answer my questions. My 2-night, 3-day stay was memorable. I'll choose this beautiful hotel in the heart of Thamel again on my next trip and strongly recommend it for the comfortable stay and genuinely hospitable staff.

Our kids loved the facilities, and the staff made us feel welcome. We had a wonderful family stay in a clean, comfortable, very kid-friendly hotel. We'd happily come back.

The location puts you right in the heart of Thamel, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away, though the hotel itself stayed peaceful. I was impressed by the warm, attentive staff, who were always ready to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, a good place to unwind after being out. Thamel Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations. I'd gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kathmandu.
