The spa was the best part of our visit to Park Village Resort in March. My husband and I had a 90-minute couples massage that was extremely relaxing, probably one of the best spa experiences we’ve had. The therapists were skilled and professional. The resort is easy to get to, has lots of greenery and walking space, and offers several dining options. We had lunch at the Nepali and Indian restaurant on the ground floor of the administrative building, just to the right of the entrance. There’s outdoor seating too. A lot of the food tasted good, especially the Mustang aalu, chicken chilli, fish finger, and mayonnaise dip. But one fish finger had a hard, stone-like bit inside that crumbled into sand-like grains when I bit it. That was unpleasant and concerning, and seems like something careful preparation and food checks should catch. We also ordered chicken steamed momo, but the waiter brought chicken C momo. When we politely pointed out the mistake, he didn’t apologize or offer to replace it. He kept insisting we had ordered what he brought. We didn’t want to argue or waste more time, so we ate it, even though it wasn’t something we particularly enjoy. The property and spa were excellent, but the restaurant’s service and food quality control need improvement.

The food was really good, and the whole place had a relaxing, aesthetic feel that made it great for a getaway. The staff were welcoming and incredibly friendly throughout our visit. A great experience from beginning to end.

The greenery was well kept, and the ambience and surroundings were pretty, which I appreciated. But after one night at Park Village Resort, I left disappointed by the poor service. The chicken was undercooked, and the fish tasted stale. Breakfast was decent, unlike lunch. The room was mediocre and didn’t feel worth the stay.

The way they spoke to guests was really disrespectful, especially in the evening. There was no excitement or enjoyment, and no other activities were allowed. Even with a nice setting, the experience should feel more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to have a really fun time, this isn’t it.

The peaceful, green setting gives the place a relaxing feel, and it could work for a quiet getaway or casual stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though pretty ordinary. The food is satisfying and good, but not especially memorable. Nothing amazing or disappointing, just an average, solid experience.
