The staff were helpful and seemed ready to sort out any issue. The hotel sits right in the middle of Thamel, which is convenient, though it felt quieter than I expected for the area. We were unsure from the booking photos, and the actual quality fell short of how it looked online. Breakfast wasn't something I'd recommend, but at $11, what can you expect?

We booked a room with a balcony, and those rooms seemed nicer than the ones on the first floor. The room and bathroom were clean, and the price was reasonable. The receptionist was really helpful and arranged a car for our Kathmandu sightseeing. A nice place to stay, recommended.

It's very close to the clubs and pubs, which may suit some people. For a short stay it was okay, though the door locks felt loose and the price seemed a little high for what was offered. Otherwise, it was fine.

The online room photos can be misleading. Our room felt too small for a family of four with two double beds, and it was very dirty, with cockroaches. There was only one wall fan, which didn't seem enough for four people. The surroundings didn't feel family-friendly, and there was no parking for a car. If those issues are okay with you, you could stay here.
