Mark got a lovely room ready for our group’s Buddhist teaching with our Khenpo, making arrangements for 25 people in just a few hours. Tenzin was dependable with dinner arrangements for the group and gave useful suggestions on places to visit. The rest of the team were great too: Sujan kept things tidy, Furwa was quick and efficient at the front office, and Akangkshya at the cafe remembered our orders and favorite drinks. The food was excellent, especially the salads, cream of mushroom soup, and banana bread. The hotel is clean and safe, right near Bouddha Stupa, and the service was excellent. We were really impressed, and it added to the good things we found on this trip.

Despite being in the city, the hotel feels tucked away. The rooms were comfortable, well organized, clean, and had modern amenities. The owner was kind and helpful, and the staff were courteous, professional, and attentive. It’s near Bouddha Stupa, with a beautiful landscape. I was fortunate to find this place on my recent visit to Kathmandu and hope to come back.

We stayed with our travel group and found it comfortable, with easy access to Boudha Stupa and nearby shops. The hotel has its own kitchen, so we could always eat downstairs. Staff were friendly and helpful, and did what they could to accommodate our requests.

We arrived on 2nd Feb 2026 and Furwa Lhamu at reception greeted us warmly and was very supportive. The other staff we met were polite, friendly, and helpful too. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Boudhanath Stupa, and the room rate was reasonable. Our twin room was a little small and didn’t have a mirror, but it was neat, clean, and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel to friends and people we know. We hope to visit again.

It’s right beside the Stupa, which made morning kora easy. The staff were so attentive and made sure I was comfortable. I had a wonderful stay and would say this is the best place to stay in Boudha.
